Besan Laddu is a recipe that is popular mostly all over Maharashtra. Tasty Besan Ke Ladoo is prepared at many households for Diwali.
150 gms Gram Flour
80 gms Powder Sugar
75 gms Ghee
50 gms Almond Powder
50 gms Cashewnut Powder
15 gms Cardamom Powder
Heat Ghee on a Pan, roast besan in ghee until it turns golden brown
Now add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly
Add Cardamom powder to the mixture and place it on a separate plate
Make round shape size balls of the mixture and garnish with chopped pistachios.
