Chinoti kunna Gosht

 

 

INGREDIENTS
Mutton leg 1-1/2 kg (cut into 5-6 pieces)
Mutton rib 1/2 kg (cut into 2 pieces)
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Mix hot spices 1 tbsp (black pepper,cloves,bay leaves,cardamoms,star anise)
Dry ginger (sonth) 1 piece
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Degi mirch 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ghee 1-1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Black cumin 1 tbsp.

 
PREPARATION
1.Heat handi,add meat and cook till it’s water dry.
2.Now add sliced onion,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,degi powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and ghee,roast well.
3.Then put mix hot spices and dry ginger in A muslin cloth,tie it loose and add in handi.
4.Then add water until meat immersed in it completely.
5.Cover the handi lid and pack the corners with the help of dough.
6.Cook over low flame.
7.When meat half done add yogurt.
8.Take wheat flour and water in a bowl to make paste.
9.When meat tender more then to half,at this stage add wheat paste and black cumin seeds.
10.Cook till meat done completely over low flame.
Chinoti kunna is ready,serve with kulchey.
