1 can tuna packed in olive oil/water
1/4 teaspoon dill
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 hardboiled egg, sliced
1/2 cup sliced onion, divided into two
tomato slices (depending on how man you want in your sandwich)
cucumber slices (depending on how man you want in your sandwich)
1 slice cheddar cheese
whole wheat baguette
1.In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill and drained tuna together until well combined, season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
2, In a heated pan, saute and semi caramelize onions.
3.Toast baguette with cheese until cheese is melted. Layer tuna spread, egg slices, raw onion, tomato slices, cucumber and sautéed onion. Serve and Enjoy!
